The first project I ever prepared, Aidiyet Yer Çekimi Gibidir, was a project I developed together with a friend in 10th grade. With this project, which we worked on in the field of psychology, we achieved 3rd place in the İzmir Region in the TÜBİTAK competition. This project required research in many areas where I was not an expert, teaching me how to conduct systematic research and significantly improving my personal development. Through the inventories and scales we implemented in schools in the Nazilli district, I gained my first experiences in data collection and analysis. By creating a website for our project, I took my first step into the world of software. Additionally, the article we co-authored and the presentation we delivered as a team helped me understand the value of teamwork and collaboration. This project was the first experience where I both improved myself in teamwork and witnessed its results.

While my teammate worked on the system's electronic infrastructure, I focused on addressing the communication issues that arise during earthquakes when telecommunication infrastructure is damaged and phone communication becomes impossible. Recognizing that internet communication is often used in such cases, I contributed to the development of a system that utilized wi-fi networks to transmit a building's motion, temperature, and location data to a server and an internet site created with HTML. Thanks to my teammate, this was the first engineering project I was fully involved in, and it helped me deeply understand the importance of teamwork and division of labor. This project, which advanced to the national finals in Turkey, significantly enhanced my engineering skills and my ability to think like an engineer and a team player.

Thanks to two projects I contributed to in high school, I was accepted into Koç University's Computer Engineering program with a special scholarship, taking a significant step toward becoming an engineer at one of Turkey’s top universities. With Koç University's discipline, vision, and education, I began to elevate my skills. Beyond engineering, I focused on developing my social skills by joining the university's largest career club. Over 2.5 years, I rose to vice president, leading a dynamic team of 200 members and fostering collaboration across departments. I contributed to high-impact events like Business Trip and Best Practice Summit, engaging top-level executives and creating valuable networking opportunities. This experience greatly enhanced my communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
